Resumes, invoices and password reminders will be sent to you via e-mail. To ensure you receive all email communication from the system, please add admin@agcallhr.com to
your safe senders list. Each of our automatic e-mails will have AgCallHR JobAds at the start of the message subject. Please do not reply to this e-mail address as it will not be checked.
Private Account Holder Information
Your personal contact information (first/last name and phone/e-mail where you can be reached) is required for system communication between the JobAds system and yourself. Your email will never be publicly displayed in this site, including JobAds postings. We connect the APPLY ONLINE to your email, so you can see resumes, but the general public cannot see your specific address. This is our way of helping you decrease the amount of received SPAM e-mails.
Please note:
- The email used in your Account Holder Information is the e-mail resumes will be sent to.
- If you wish to have emails directed to an additional e-mail address, simply enter that email in the 'Alternate' company email listing.
(For added flexibility, you may input an additional email address in the 'Alternate' company listing once you have paid for a JobAd.)
Public Company Information
Use this section to enter company information as you would want it to appear on the job posting. Note that when creating a JobAd you will have the option to override this company information with different values if you choose to do so for that specific JobAd. Lastly, once you have signed up you can go to the "Edit My Account" page to enter more specialized company information, including uploading a company logo that will appear on your JobAd.
