seeking a SALES REPRESENTATIVE for a LARGE Western Canadian / US region!
Nurture existing and establish new dealer networks.
Formulate plans for all sales activities in the assigned territory.
Propose annual sales targets and develop and implement strategies to achieve
goals. Monitor and report on progress and analyze trends.
Using CRM ensure that all sales contact data is up to date.
Attend farm shoes regionally, as well as sales meetings
Network to create new business opportunities representative of the
Travel in this territory is extensive for the first year and a half -
potentially up to 70 percent of time will be spent in the field. By the second
year, the travel should drop to fifty percent and by the third year, because of
field development, travel could be as low as 35%
candidate will have some years of experience in sales, preferably with a large
equipment manufacturer. An agricultural background would be a huge asset. In
this industry - your ability to connect with farm equipment dealers and farmers
themselves will be your key to success in meeting and achieving your goals.
