Our Client is seeking a Fertilizer Specialist to manage
their procurement, sourcing and supply needs across Canada. This position will be the point of contact
for commodity nutrients and fertilizers.
In this position, a candidate will need solid experience in,
and understanding of, agricultural supply chain management, negotiation, market
development, product management and be able to provide related support. The focus of experience should be on your
knowledge of agronomics, crop production, fertilizer, and grain/broad acre
crops in Western Canada. Necessary
computer skills will include experience with functional data bases, propriety
enterprise software, and Microsoft Office suite.
Your experience coupled with a minimum of a BSc Ag; BSc Ag
Business; BSc Logistics/Supply Chain Management will be the base for success.
